RN Utilization Management Team Lead

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Clinical Team Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations, onboarding new team members, and monitoring quality

Act as a resource for clinical issues and provide guidance to staff

Encourage teamwork and continuous improvement within the department

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license with multistate / compact licensure privileges

5+ years of clinical practice experience in medical healthcare

2+ years of managed care experience

2+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a managed care setting

Ability to provide on-call UM coverage for nights and weekends on a rotational schedule
