Ordering parts as necessary for equipment servicing. Responding to scheduled service calls and installations within designated timeframes. Managing team communications, including emails and updates. Attending department and company meetings as requested. Completing annual training requirements. Handling miscellaneous duties around the office as needed. Learning and taking on additional tasks or job duties as assigned.
