OB / GYN Hospitalist Opportunities in Gainesville, FL. Florida Woman Care , an affiliate of Unified Women’s Healthcare —the nation’s leading platform for women’s health—is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time OB / GYN Hospitalists to join a well‑established and supportive team in Gainesville, Florida .

Position Highlights

  • Multiple Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions available
  • Full‑Time : Eight (8) 24‑hour shifts / month
  • Part‑Time : Minimum of five (5) 24‑hour shifts / month
  • OB / GYN ratio : Approximately 40 / 60
  • Variable patient load during shifts
  • Fully licensed medical team and support staff
  • Optional office‑based work available, if desired

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with bonus potential
  • Large commencement and retention bonuses
  • CME reimbursement – up to $3,000 annually
  • Relocation incentive – negotiable up to $10,000

    • Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB / GYN
  • Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
