Lead by example, operate with integrity, demonstrate honesty and treat others with respect. Take feedback and build a strong relationship with your District Manager and Store Director. We offer a thorough training program at our corporate office in North Reading to ensure you're successful in every aspect before heading to your store. Maintain a safe, secure and healthy store environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines. Provide great guest service to every customer and ensure that your team does the same. Works together with employees to ensure they are trained and working towards achieving their professional goals. Resolve guest issues effectively and with compassion. We have worked hard to build a benefit package that is affordable and provides the coverage you and your family need. Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws. Ensure that you and your team keep a clean store and maintain all company and brand guidelines. Understand and analyze financials to ensure that you are maximizing business opportunities to help your store and company be successful. Identify any issues within your store and work with your District Manager to create plans for improvement. You are a key player in our business and our success is your success! You have the ability to earn a great bonus each month on top of your base salary. Ability to effectively communicate with our guests. Ability to do basic math. Basic understanding of financial management. Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience. At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent.
