Job description :

  • Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents related to the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork.
  • Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, excluding customers.
  • Perform work similar to associate level, with tasks that may be slightly more complex, requiring greater experience and knowledge.
  • Assist with escrow openings and closings.

Qualifications :

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Flexible and self-motivated.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained.
  • Ability to follow Escrow Procedures and awareness of regulations governing the escrow process preferred.
  • 1-2 years of escrow processing experience is a plus.
  • Availability for extended hours and overtime during peak periods (e.g., month-end, quarter-end, and volume surges).
