Job Summary The OB / GYN Laborist Role A is an in-house position which ensures that safe, high quality, evidence-based care is provided to obstetric patients and that hospital resources are managed in a clinically appropriate way. In sites where residents and / or medical students are present this may include resident supervision and education. The OB / GYN Laborist Role A is the primary, first line provider who is expected to be immediately available and present during the entirety of their shift.
