Compensation Data

Compensation Range : $52.98 / hour - $66.22 / hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support full-cycle recruitment through a variety of functions. This role is responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent and creating and implementing project plans in support of growing talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to hiring managers leveraging data tools and market insights to drive recruitment success.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting : sourcing screening interviewing selection offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize platforms such as Success Factors LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS / CRM systems to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using Boolean searches networking and referrals.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events job fairs and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation within the applicant tracking system.
• Lead HR project management through all phases of project planning timeline creation and implementation of HR projects and initiatives with focus on hiring and recruitment in a growth environment.
