A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Initiate phone contact with potential study participants from various lead sources
Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess eligibility for clinical studies
Schedule onsite screening visits and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; professional medical certification or higher education preferred
At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience required
Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT preferred
Prior clinical research or healthcare experience preferred but not required
Ability to learn and utilize new software and technology
