You'll ensure optimal carrier performance, balanced workload distribution, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

As the primary escalation point for tracking-related issues and changes, you'll lead a team with a strong focus on accountability, accuracy, and adaptability.

Requirements

Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Expertise in Macropoint or similar tracking tools

Skilled in workload management and process consistency

Experience collaborating across teams to enhance carrier performance

Ability to analyze data, monitor compliance, and manage escalations effectively

High attention to detail and a commitment to operational accuracy

Promote resilience and adaptability in a dynamic logistics environment
