Allergy Financial Counselor

A company is looking for a Financial Counselor (Allergy).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare estimates for medical services and educate patients on financial responsibilities

Receive inbound calls, provide financial counseling, and document all actions accurately

Review account transactions, process payments, and establish payment plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or GED

One year of customer service experience in medical billing and collections

Experience with CPT and ICD coding

Some higher education preferred

Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred
