Key Responsibilities
Manage high volume inbound calls, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling needs
Utilize electronic health records to validate and document patient information while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Provide excellent customer service while meeting established performance standards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or customer service
Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 90% accuracy
Must be available for full-time training for 4 weeks
Must reside within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri
