Manager, Distributor Data Management- (New York- Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

• Lead coach and mentor a team of five Data Analysts including setting goals conducting performance reviews and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operational workflow ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data management tasks and projects.
• Represent our business needs throughout the agile development process working closely with product owners developers and QA teams to ensure data needs and requirements are clearly communicated and met.
• Drive data quality initiatives to ensure completeness accuracy and consistency across multiple systems and products.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for distributor data.
• Coordinate within the Data Management team to resolve data issues recommend improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications / Experience :

Salary range $80000.00 - $85000.00. Bonus Eligible.
