Description

Wage - $23.00 per hour

Schedule Full Time 8hr shifts Monday Friday

Whatyou will be doing : Youll be responsible formanagement of student records accountability and data integrity in compliance and adherence to government and management directives.

Essential Functions :

  • Plan coordinate and supervise the administrative program auditing and student records systems activities of the department
  • Assist the finance & administration director in the preparation of the department budget monitor and control expenditures review and recommend changes to budget authorizations.
  • Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
  • Monitor the quality and accuracy of student records by ensuring forms are completed in a timely and accurate manner data is input or posted to files; maintain reports.
  • Audit student records to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate clothing allowance issue audit of student pay government transportation and meal allowance administration.
  • Respond to student and staff inquiries regarding student records; ensure Privacy Act compliance; provide technical assistance on student records as necessary.
  • Occasionally requires physical exertion to manually life move pull push or carry materials or objects.

    • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Associates degree and two (2) years of related experience required one (1) of which should be supervisory.
  • Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
