Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year in customer service or a similar role

Strong background in de-escalating calls and resolving customer issues

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Basic digital literacy and technical troubleshooting skills

Adaptability to change and a team player with a growth mindset
