Prime Video is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management - Tech to lead our Ad Customer Experience (Ad CX) optimization initiatives and help transform how advertisers engage with consumers via streaming media around the world. As a Senior Manager, Product Management - Tech, Ad CX Optimization, you will lead the charge in defining, inventing and launching intelligent ad load solutions that balance customer experience with advertiser value. You will own the strategy and execution for personalized ad delivery, dynamic supply optimization, and ML-powered decisioning systems that enable Prime Video to grow advertising revenue while maintaining customer engagement and long-term retention.
Key job responsibilities include : owning the product vision and roadmap for personalized ad delivery and dynamic supply optimization, balancing customer experience with monetization goals across Prime Video's global footprint; leading development and launch of ML-powered systems that enable automated / personalized advertising experiences, adapting ad load based on customer viewing context, content type, device, and predicted engagement patterns; and building and scaling supply intelligence systems that prevent ad inventory leakage and generate additional monetization opportunities through dynamic break pattern construction and intelligent cue-point selection.
The Prime Video Ad Customer Experience team sits at the intersection of customer experience and advertising technology. Our mission is to grow advertising supply and maximize Prime Video's monetization through optimal ad load management and intelligent placement, while maintaining customer experience quality that preserves long-term engagement. We leverage machine learning, real-time decisioning, and experimentation to intelligently create supply opportunities across supply sources, ad types, and locales. Our work directly impacts hundreds of millions of Prime Video customers globally and billions in advertising revenue.
Basic qualifications include : 10+ years of team management experience; 8+ years of end to end product delivery experience; 8+ years of technical product or program management experience; and a Bachelor's degree. Preferred qualifications include experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment; experience in an online advertising role and have familiarity with advertising products and ad serving technologies; experience with training and deploying machine learning systems to solve large-scale optimizations, or experience in development or technical support; experience in A / B testing; experience working with real-time decisioning systems and optimization algorithms; and demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges in the advertising or media space.
