Job Title : CNC Programmer

Location : Chino, CA

Shift : 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM

Pay : $28.00 - $35.00 / hr (DOE)

Job Summary :

We are hiring a skilled CNC Programmer to program, set up, and operate CNC lathes or milling machines to produce precision metallic and nonmetallic components. The role requires experience in programming and machining to meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining sequence.

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (lathe or mill) to produce required parts : tools, die components, jigs and fixtures.

Verify dimensions and conformance of machined workpieces to specifications.

Maintain proper safety procedures and ensure all safety guards and devices are in place before operation.

Produce tooling, die components, jigs, and fixtures as needed.

Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

3+ years of CNC programming and machining experience preferred.

Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.

Experience with both lathe and mill operations is a plus.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
