Lead Superintendent
Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities to ensure project milestones are met. Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers for seamless project execution. Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications. Resolve any on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders as required.

A successful Lead Superintendent should have : proven experience in construction and project management within the property sector. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to manage budgets and control project costs effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
