Lead Superintendent

Serve as Lead Superintendent on wood-frame multifamily projects, high profile and budget. Oversee all field operations, subcontractor coordination, and site safety. Maintain project schedules and ensure quality standards. Collaborate directly with Project Managers to resolve issues proactively. Drive efficient workflows on fast-paced, large-scale builds.
