Intake Admissions Specialist

A company is looking for an Intake Admissions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily patient referral and intake operations

Coordinate care with service providers and obtain physician orders as needed

Follow up with patients regarding Start of Care and service satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associates degree or equivalent healthcare / home care experience required

Two years of healthcare experience, with one year in home care preferred

Experience in Medical Terminology preferred

Knowledge of government regulations and private payer practices

Ability to meet all physical demands of the role
