Job Title : Senior Java Full Stack Engineer Location : Onshore ( Based) Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot , and React to lead offshore development teams and support modernization efforts. This role involves active participation in technical requirement gathering sessions, incident resolution during business hours, and hands-on development across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor offshore engineering teams to ensure alignment with technical goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements
• Develop scalable microservices using Java , Spring Boot , and Spring Cloud components (Config Server, Eureka, Gateway, Circuit Breaker)
• Build responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript
• Integrate front-end and back-end systems through secure and efficient APIs
• Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security and JWT
• Manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (JPA / Hibernate)
• Utilize CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab) for automated deployments
• Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit , Mockito , Jest , and React Testing Library
• Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability
