Lead Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst, responsible for identifying and documenting business needs for process and system changes.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and synthesize business requirements for high complexity software, systems, processes, and services

Translate business requirements into specifications to ensure objectives are met

Serve as a strategic conduit between business areas and technical teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience)

8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or testing

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time

Expert understanding of business analysis core competencies

Prior experience in coaching and mentoring business analysis
