Key Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and develop comprehensive project plans

Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making

Mentor project professionals and promote a culture of collaboration and high performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field (Master's degree or PMP preferred)

5-7+ years of progressive Project Management experience

Proven ability to navigate organizational politics with tact and emotional intelligence

Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
