Our Locations :

Chanhassen, Edina, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, St Michael / Albertville, Monticello, and Waconia. We are hiring for all locations.

Schedule :

Full-time or part-time. We will work with you to determine a schedule that meets your needs and the needs of your clients! We treat clients Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 6 PM.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Position Summary :

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will help children live life to the fullest by increasing their functional independence through play. Our Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants foster positive, engaging relationships with children and their families and are creative in their approach to care.

Salary and Benefits :

We offer an hourly rate of $23-$25 / hour based on licensure and experience, with additional monthly & annual performance bonuses. We also offer a competitive benefits package including :

Minimum Qualifications :

Familiarity with therapeutic interventions in areas like fine motor skills, sensory processing, and gross motor skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills to work with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle a caseload efficiently, document sessions accurately, and maintain a structured, safe environment.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate with OTs and other professionals, and accept constructive feedback to support treatment goals and clinic standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

Physical Requirements :

This role involves working with children of all ages and may require light work including but not limited to movement of treatment equipment, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
