Liberation Programs is seeking a Full Time Nurse for our busy outpatient clinic in Stamford, CT. The shift is (approximately) Monday to Friday, 11am-7 : 30pm. The staff Nurse helps carry out the agency mission and duties of the medical services unit.

DUTIES

Methadone Outpatient Clinic

• Provide “back-up” and relief for the methadone dispensing nurse
• Dose via Avatar and hand dose in emergency situations
• Calibrate equipment and close out for the day
• Document in Avatar as needed
• Document in AWARDS as needed to provide medical care coordination
• Provide patient education on medications, side effects, medical conditions.
• Lead “wellness” efforts for clients

Schedule : M-F 10 : 30am-7 : 00pm
