Using all natural, organic products, sugaringLA uses the traditional method of sugaring to remove hair with a modern twist. We are also offering facials and body glow services with add-on premiums such as lymphatic drainage / gua sha, micro-current, and red light therapy. We value care and are looking for a Licensed Esthetician that can contribute and foster this value each day in our studio. We are looking for Licensed Estheticians to join us! Required Skills of a Sugarist:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Licensed Esthetician and sugaring experience
• Customer service focused, cares for clients
• Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth and potential

Responsibilities:

• Master sugaringLAs Smart Sugaring Technique, Facial and Body Glow treatments.
• Learn and become proficient in our scheduling software and studio procedures
• Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaringLA sugaring services.
• Sell memberships and products, and ensure clients are prebooking.
• Help maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment.
• Create new clientele through sugaringLAs referral programs, and ensure clients are leaving reviews.
• Create content about sugaringLA and differentiators for studio marketing channels.
• Work with influencers to promote the studio brand and image.
• Pursue leads and book appointments, when front desk is unavailable.
