Pre-Litigation Paralegal - LA / MS

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal for remote work in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities

Interact daily with clients and manage case files from intake to closing

Order medical records and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers

Prepare comprehensive demands and maintain organized case files

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

Prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal in Louisiana or Mississippi preferred

At least 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster preferred

Strong negotiating skills and ability to work as a team player

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
