• Day 5x8-hour schedule with flexible options : Tues-Sat, Wed-Sun, or Mon-Fri
• 40 hours guaranteed based on completing 25 visits per week
• Home health setting serving West LA and downtown LA areas
• One year home health experience required with geriatric and pediatric populations
• OASIS experience required
• BLS certification required
