[job_card.job_description]At least 5 years of public accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA license preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information. Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams. Familiarity with CCH Axcess Tax software and Checkpoint RIA Research is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
Tax Manager Responsibilities :
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver consultative advice and industry-specific insights.
- Lead a team of tax professionals, monitor their progress, and provide mentorship.
- Manage clients of various sizes and industries, ensuring effective communication.
- Establish a positive team culture and mentor team members in their career development.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Apply and adhere to processes and procedures.
- Oversee the overall performance of engagements.
- Actively pursue business development opportunities.
