An established and highly regarded senior living community in Eugene is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a 200+ unit campus offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. This is an incredible opportunity for a hands-on, relationship-driven leader who's passionate about fostering excellence in resident care, team culture, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all departments, ensuring excellence in resident experience, compliance, and financial performance.
- Foster a culture of engagement, teamwork, and accountability among department heads and staff across a 200+ unit community.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and local partners, maintaining a positive, community-focused presence.
- Oversee budget management, occupancy goals, staffing, and service quality to meet and exceed performance expectations.
Qualifications
Location : Eugene, OR - Onsite M-F - Relocation Assistance Available
Compensation : $120K-$150K (depending on experience)
Benefits : Medical, Flexible Spending, Dental, Vision, Basic Life / AD&D, Voluntary Life / AD&D, Short term Disability, Voluntary Accident, Voluntary Critical Illness, 401K match 50% of your deferrals, up to 6% of your annual compensation. Thus the maximum employer match is 3% of your annual compensation, 2 weeks PTO
