Program Director

A company is looking for a Program Director to lead complex aerospace programs from concept through product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Own end to end program delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and technical performance

Define and execute program plans, budgets, resources, milestones, and performance metrics

Manage customer relationships, contracts, and commercial performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs

Strong program management capability (planning, scheduling, budgeting, EVM)

Technical depth with the ability to balance cost, schedule, and performance

Experience managing risk, contracts, and customer relationships

Data-driven decision-making with a focus on execution
