Role Responsibilities

Assist in month-end close and financial reporting processes

Perform variance analysis to help explain shifts in performance

Prepare contribution and fluctuation reports for management review

Support annual audits and ensure accurate documentation

Reconcile and maintain key balance sheet accounts

Prepare journal entries and work with large data sets to support financial accuracy

Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of professional accounting or finance experience

Strong analytical skills and comfort working in Excel

Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically and work independently

Preferred :

Experience in hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage, or related multi-location environments
