How You Will Make an Impact : The Surgical Scrub Techs collaborates closely with surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and other members of the surgical team. They play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and success of surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile environment and providing essential support to the surgical team.

What You Will Do : The Surgical Scrub Tech is responsible for the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during a surgical procedure. Understand the procedure being performed, anticipate the needs of the surgeon, ensure quality patient care during the operation, and remain constantly vigil for maintenance of the sterile field. The Surgical Scrub Tech reports to the Nurse Manager.

CCRM’s Compensation : The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
