What you'll do...

Enter a thriving career where you'll contribute to our Dentist Recruitment initiatives across multiple states including MI, NJ, NY, MA, CT, OH, TX, FL, GA. As a Dentist Recruiter, your primary objective will be to showcase GEDC as an employer of choice while securing 3-5 Dentists per month. Join us and be instrumental in achieving recruitment excellence! This position can work remotely from Georgia, New York, New Jersey or Massachusetts. Compensation begins at $100k, with additional bonus opportunities.

High Energy and Enthusiasm

  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and positivity in interactions with candidates and colleagues.
  • Maintains a proactive and upbeat attitude, motivating others around them.

Excellent Communication Skills

  • Collaborates seamlessly with field operation leadership and clinical leadership, fostering productive relationships.
  • Deliver informative presentations at schools, socials and lunch & learn sessions to attract prospective candidates. Additionally, actively engage in recruitment activities such as attending career fairs and university meet & greet sessions.

    • Ability to Work Independently and Professionally

  • Demonstrates autonomy and professionalism in managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Adapts quickly to changes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    • Experience in Candidate Sourcing

  • Utilizes various tools and strategies to source qualified candidates, including online platforms, social networks, job fairs, CRMs, ATS, referrals and conferences.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to candidate sourcing, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

    • Interview Coordination and Documentation

  • Conducts phone interviews with candidates, ensuring professionalism and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinates interview schedules efficiently with hiring managers and candidates, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Maintains accurate documentation and notes in Dayforce (ATS).

    • Offer Letter Creation and Contract Negotiation

  • Creates and delivers contracts to Dentist promptly and accurately.
  • Addresses contract negotiations professionally, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.

    • What we require you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Public / Community Relations, Health Related Fields or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of dental industry recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of DSO models, contract structure / package within the industry and contract negotiation skills a plus.
  • Active participation in professional dental organizations is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required (less than 15% of the time).
