The Vacancy

The Megger Production Assembler ensures that customer instruments are assembled correctly and in accordance with Megger quality standards. Regular tasks may include, but are not limited to : assembling, inspecting, repairing, and functions checking assemblies and / or finished instruments to meet design specifications; material inventory control; product modifications via approved deviation.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

Prepares finished products per assembly instructions, print specifications, and bills of material

Assemble and inspect component assemblies by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies, and measuring final component against print

Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with Megger 6S procedures and all applicable regulations.

Maintain area inventory, order / reorder materials from warehouse per the defined Kanban structure.

Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

Apply the Megger Values to all assignments and tasks : Caring; Consistent; Captivating; Confident; Creative.

Other duties as assigned.
