Program Manager (AI Implementation)

Job Opportunity

You will lead a cross-functional strategic program that combines process redesign with technical implementation including AI and automation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will define program roadmap and success metrics, coordinate product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and decisioning.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end program planning and execution : define scope, objectives, milestones, resource needs, and budget.
• Translate strategic goals into a prioritized roadmap and clear workstreams; own delivery of milestones and business outcomes.
• Drive process improvement : map current-state processes, identify root causes, design future-state processes, and implement change across stakeholders.
• Manage technical implementation : partner with engineering, data science, and product to deliver integrations, data pipelines, ML / AI models, and automation.
• Track and drive detailed tasks : maintain schedules, coordinate task owners, and ensure timely completion of dependencies.
• Data-driven decision making : conduct hands-on data analysis to validate hypotheses, measure impact, design experiments, and support model adoption.
