Cleaner Porter

University City Housing Company is a Philadelphia-based property management company with significant real estate holdings in and around the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Our current portfolio consists of 4000 residential units and 250000 square feet of commercial space.

UCH is seeking a professional organized Cleaner / Porter for our properties located near Bryn Mawr PA who has a passion for cleanliness. The Porter / General Laborer will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas including that WOW factor when you first walk into our properties.

Porter Duties include but are not limited to :

• Cleans all common areas daily including vacuuming dusting. Common areas include but are not limited to : lobbies hallways dumpster areas grounds bathrooms fire towers laundry facilities
• Pull trash daily
• Replace light bulbs as necessary.
• Light maintenance as required.
• Bi-monthly inventory of supplies.
• Clean vacant apartments.
• Keep all vacant units and common areas fresh and odorless.
• Performs additional duties as requested by management.
• Assist in all trades and in snow removal.
