Job Summary

As an Associate II in Securities Services Operations Transformation Cross Product Change Services you will play a pivotal role in delivering business testing analysis for cross-functional projects. You will support transformational global initiatives and contribute to the strategic rollout of automated testing solutions. Working within a collaborative team you will engage with stakeholders across Operations Product and Technology. Your expertise will help drive process improvements and ensure high-quality delivery. Job Responsibilities

• Deliver precise testing estimates during daily scrum meetings to optimize test planning.
• Document and execute test scenarios writing scripts using Business Driven Development.
• Record and evidence testing results in the JIRA tool for transparency and traceability.
• Utilize test automation tools to enable efficient end-to-end test execution.
• Partner closely with Operations Product and Technology groups to ensure alignment.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes for assigned projects.
• Syndicate information to team members for validation prior to implementation.
• Monitor and report testing defects managing the re-testing process effectively.
• Validate and present test results for internal sign-off and stakeholder review.
• Deputize for the Test Manager in project calls and communications as needed.
• Engage actively in internal and cross-team initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
