Marketing Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in La Jolla, California. Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop comprehensive marketing plans and prioritize quarterly initiatives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns, client experiences, events, and brand improvements.
- Manage large-scale marketing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and smooth execution from start to finish.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, maintaining accountability across internal teams and external partners.
- Build efficient workflows and processes to address operational gaps and support scalability.
- Coordinate cross-team communication to ensure seamless collaboration with advisors, business development, operations, and leadership.
- Develop detailed project plans using tools like Asana or Jira to track dependencies and progress.
- Analyze campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Enhance brand awareness through targeted digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, and content creation.
- Research market trends and audience behaviors to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing outcomes.
Requirements :
Proven experience in marketing leadership roles with a focus on strategy and execution.Strong skills in managing campaigns, including email marketing, B2B initiatives, and digital strategies.Expertise in project management tools such as Asana or Jira, with a track record of delivering complex projects.Ability to analyze data, measure performance, and optimize campaigns using analytics tools.Knowledge of brand awareness strategies and social media marketing techniques.Experience in budgeting and resource allocation for marketing projects.Exceptional communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in conducting market research to understand target audiences and identify opportunities.
