Ping is continuing its significant global expansion, and we need a key member to join our UK Finance team to help prepare the organization and the Controllership function for scale. As a Finance Assistant, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our core operational finance processes, providing a platform for continued success and personal growth.

What You Will Do : Key Responsibilities

You will manage critical daily financial operations while contributing to system and process improvements across the UK and global operations.

Accounts Payable (AP) & Vendor Management

• Process Efficiency : Accurately enter and process Accounts Payable (AP) vendor invoices from our global operations.
• Payment & Control : Assist with the preparation of global payment runs and actively monitor the AP inbox to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
• Risk Mitigation : Strictly maintain vendor onboarding controls and bank change validations to mitigate the risk of financial fraud.
• Dispute Resolution : Research and resolve discrepancies arising from vendor disputes, payment differences, and invoice reconciliations, ensuring high vendor satisfaction.
• Internal Service : Provide excellent customer service to internal company departments involved in the end-to-end AP process.
