[job_card.job_description]International food and commodity trading. Sales and service provider for VOCCs and terminal handlers (commercial agency, customer service, documentation). Lead financial strategy and unified control across all companies. Manage financial planning for logistics and shipping operations. Cost of goods analysis FX and country risk management Supplier / customer payment flow design Track KPIs (e.g., EBITDA by project, income by division, cash flow). Handle treasury, tax, and banking across multiple jurisdictions. Lead internal financial teams and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, etc.). Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and multi-entity strategy. Strong command of financial statement preparation, reporting, and analysis. Experience with regulatory compliance (U.S. GAAP, international tax, multi-jurisdictional banking). Advanced analytical and strategic decision‑making skills. Experience in logistics, shipping, or international trade is highly valued. Proficiency with financial software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA and / or CPA preferred). Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams. Base Salary : Competitive, based on experience. Start Date : Flexible.

$100,000.00 / yr – $200,000.00 / yr
