Status : Full Time 80 hours per pay period

Our BGH Clinics offer an array of services in the community including Orthopedics, Women's Health, Ophthamology ,Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Behavioral Health.

Our LPN provides safe and competent care for patients of the BGH Clinics. Function in an independent role while providing nursing care at the delegation of the Provider, while working within the LPN Scope of Practice as defined by the Board of Medicine, but not extending such duties beyond what the providers of the clinics have deemed permissible. Bear responsibility and accountability for all actions taken while carrying out nursing activities.

Ability to perform phone triage within LPN scope of practice. Provide information, helpful suggestions and limited advice during telephone calls in order to calm patients and give support. Delivers prompt information to Providers regarding patients who may need immediate assistance. Returns messages left on telephone promptly.

Education : Current LPN License / LPN graduate from Accredited program / Board

Experience : 1 to 3 years experience in a clinical setting; triage experience preferred
