Job Description :

Planning and managing patient care.

Interviewing patients and recording their medical history.

Obtaining patient vital signs.

Administering injections of medications.

Verifying that patient charts are updated promptly and accurately.

Observing and recording patients conditions and reactions to medications and treatments.

Assisting patients with hygiene.

Providing personal care and assisting with daily living needs.

Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other administrative tasks.

Requirements :

1-2 years of recent experience

BLS certification

Active state nursing license
