Key Responsibilities :

Provide personalized care to patients including hygiene, grooming, and assistance with daily activities.

• Take and record vital signs, height, and weight as necessary.
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers.
• Develop and maintain a safe environment for quality patient care.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent required.
