As a product data analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to guide business and product decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Role Responsibilities

• You will be the go to person for anything data for your products.
• You will be the expert in all analytical tools used at Western Union, building deep sensitivity for data accuracy
• You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to deliver insights that can enhance product performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction.
• You will build a thorough understanding of Western Union's customer journey. You will use that understanding to deep dive into various performance metrics, identifying customer pain points and product opportunities
• You will create, maintain and update dashboards and reports to track key product metrics of new product launches and feature updates.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication on product performance.
• You will govern Western Union's key data tools for accurate data recording and reporting.

Salary

The base salary range is $76,000 - $115,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
