Maintain accurate and timely patient records Supervise Assistant and Aide staff per board guidelines Design and create splints as prescribed by physicians Develop and implement treatment programs to improve residents' functional levels Use therapeutic exercises and activities to support strength, range of motion, and motor coordination Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (required) At least one year of experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Current licensure in good standing with the state board
