We currently have a career opening for a Sr Analyst Inside Sales - Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution. Location : Remote option available. Travel : Once per year for team meeting. Expected work hours : 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Eastern / 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm Central.

Overview

The Inside Sales Senior Analyst is responsible for driving Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution (SPD) sales and services to new and existing customers, with a focus on identifying opportunities, managing specialty programs, and collaborating across teams to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads, including those from manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate with outside sales to identify and pursue larger opportunities.
• Manage specialty programs such as Consignment and Short-Dated Selling.
• Analyze gaps and trends to drive sales growth and margin improvement.
• Facilitate deal modeling, pricing negotiations, and competitive intelligence gathering.
• Partner with manufacturers and internal teams (Sourcing, Inventory, Finance, etc.) to optimize product offerings and customer solutions.
• Support pharmacy personnel with product awareness and decision-making.
• Participate in On Call rotation and specialty product allocation.
• Conduct market research and attend site visits / conferences as needed.

Qualifications

A minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred. Strong multitasking, communication and troubleshooting skills. Experience in sales reporting and relationship building. Healthcare and specialty product knowledge is a plus. Attention to detail. Anticipated hourly range : 17.60 27.61 per hour + incentive plan eligibility. Bonus eligible : Yes (incentive plan eligible)
