What You Will Do as a CNC Programmer at PRL

Program and optimize CNC machines – Write and edit machine programs for precision milling and turning operations.

Lead Through Knowledge – Train, mentor, and support machinists to raise production standards.

Solve Complex Problems – Review blueprints, troubleshoot machining issues, and refine programming for optimal efficiency.

Innovate for Efficiency – Design process layouts that enhance workflow, cut waste, and boost machining capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

️ Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or equivalent experience.

️ 2+ years of CNC programming experience (Advanced degree preferred)

️ Mastery of G and M codes, CAD / CAM software (Mastercam and SolidWorks a plus)

️ Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning / tolerancing (GD&T)

️ U.S. citizenship required (Ability to obtain / maintain a government security clearance)
