Applicants must be at least 18 years old and either a certified Home Health Aide in New York State or have completed the agency's training program. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read, speak, and understand English. A valid NYS driver's license is required.

Physical Requirements : This position involves regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Home Health Aides must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. independently and assist with transfers of up to 100 lbs., as well as climb stairs and perform hands-on care safely. Visual acuity, hearing acuity, and hand dexterity are required to provide care and maintain documentation.

Salary Range - $18.10 to $27.60

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job family. Individual annual salaries / hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
