About the Job

The Talent Acquisition Operations team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, pre-employment screening, and onboarding activitiesalways ensuring clear communication and exceptional service. This is a Contract role with a duration of six (6) months.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), You Will :

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, manage calendars, send invites, and ensure all logistics are in place whilst maintaining exceptional candidate experience and stakeholder communication.
• Initiate and monitor pre-screening processes, ensuring stakeholders are kept up-to-date and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional experience for candidates from application through onboarding.
• Support activities related to new hire onboarding, including documentation and system updates.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting on TA metrics and recruiting statistics, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and compliance.
• Participate in TA projects and assist with special initiatives as assigned.
• Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.
