FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Monday - Friday
7 : 00 am - until finished
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Move materials to and from production lines.
- Load and unload items from trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect foam and other materials for quality standards.
- Follow all quality and safety requirements and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement processes.
- Identify and report any product, process, or quality issues.
- Recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
- Verify the implementation of corrective actions.
- Control processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming products until deficiencies are resolved.
- Communicate quality-related problems to management and assist in verifying successful solutions through audits and reviews.
